My first set of thanks go to Rod Roddenberry and Majel Roddenberry for supporting my efforts to make this tribute to Gene come to fruition.

My second set of thanks go to all the people who have visited this web site and shown their support.

My third set of thanks go the people at Paramount Studios for their support and suggestions to make this site better and putting a story on their website to help the project along.

My fourth set of thanks go to KTSM News Channel 9 in El Paso, Texas (NBC affiliate) for doing news stories on the project. Specifically, I would like to thank Mark Ross, Jeff Lindberg, and Richard Pearson for giving the go-ahead for the story; Dave Garlick for pushing for the story and doing the interviews and putting it all together, and all the cameramen and editors and anyone else at the station that had a hand in getting the story on the air.  Additionally, I appreciate KTSM Channel 9 for doing a web poll of their own, independent of my petition.  (PS - Thanks Heidi!)

My fifth set of thanks go to the elected officials for not saying "absolutely not", but keeping an open mind while gathering information on what the people want.

My sixth set of thanks go to my friends who, no matter how crazy I get about my passions, still love and support me.

My seventh set of thanks go to my co-workers, who are being extremely supportive of me in this endeavor.
